March 31 @ 8:00 am - August 31 @ 5:00 pm
Stand Up Paddle Boarding, also known as SUP, is a fast growing sport that is easy for almost anyone to get involved in. A great way to get outdoors, get fit, have fun, do something adventurous, and see the World from a different angle!
Fancy giving it a go whilst doing your bit for charity?
We’ll be running a number of introductory paddle boarding sessions in conjunction with South Wales SUP club and Puravida Boardriders to help raise money for the following charities;
- Mind the mental health charity
- The Search and Rescue Dogs Association in Wales (SARDA Wales)
- Keep Wales Tidy
The sessions will be suitable for complete beginners. The WSA qualified SUP coaches at South Wales SUP club pride themselves on getting everyone up and riding by the end of the session!
Sessions will last 2 hours, and all kit will be included.
